Forge Concrete & Demolition was founded by Jon Reynolds, a construction professional with over a decade of hands-on experience across the industry. Jon has worked at every level — from large commercial firms to solo DIY projects, and even ran his own custom remodeling business.
That range of experience gives Jon something most contractors can’t offer: he understands the job from every angle. He knows what a GC needs from a sub, what a homeowner needs from a contractor, and what it takes to get quality work done under real-world conditions.

Before founding Forge, Jon operated a custom remodeling business — managing clients, scopes of work, timelines, and crews. That business experience is built into how Forge runs today.
